In May 2024, Burgess Consultative Group hosted Teaming with Teens alongside SaySo (Strong Able Youth Speaking Out) and Foster Family Alliance of North Carolina. Teaming with Teens is an annual conference that provides hundreds of foster care professionals, parents, and youth with resources and community to help them thrive.

Teaming with Teens 2025
In September 2025, BCG hosted the second in-person Teaming with Teens Conference in Greenville, North Carolina. The conference welcomed over 300 child welfare professionals, youth and family members to learn how they can utilize their role to make an impact.
